A board-certified ophthalmologist, Darwin Wooten, MD, FACS, is recognized for his work in eye surgery, as well as cosmetic procedures including but not limited to Botox injections. He also was an early adopter of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) procedures.
Dr. Wooten is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized eye care for his patients. He pays extra attention to detail and has a special interest in utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients.
As a comprehensive eye doctor, Dr. Wooten sees patients for the evaluation and management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma treatment, macular degeneration, dry eyes, cataract & refractive surgery, as well as Medical Evaluation & Management of Ocular Diseases of the eye.
John R. Shipp, MD
Dr. John Shipp is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides individualized, comprehensive treatments for vision correction and the treatment of eye conditions and diseases. He specializes in cataract & refractive surgery, glaucoma surgery, diabetic retinopathy, dry eyes, surgery of the eyelids, along with medical management of Ocular diseases of the eye.
As a specialist in treating glaucoma in Northeast Mississippi, his advanced surgical skills are the result of extensive training in the most recently developed surgical techniques. As an expert eye surgeon, Dr. Shipp performs an array of minimally invasive procedures, along with traditional glaucoma surgeries and treatments.
Bernard L. Shipp, MD
Dr. Bernard Shipp is one of the most experienced ophthalmologists in the region. He is board-certified and strives to provide every one of his patients the individualized attention and personalized recommendations they need to better their vision and their lives.
As a specialist, he is dedicated to keeping his patients well informed about their eye health. He specializes in Comprehensive Eye Exams, Glaucoma Management, as well as Medical Evaluation & Management of Ocular Diseases of the eye.
